  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or games

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns received beyond the 30-day return window

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
